New Member Information

If you are interested in joining the Incline Village Board of Realtors, these are the steps a perspective Realtor or Affiliate must follow:

1) Please print and fill out with an original signature the IVBOR Application for a Realtor or for an IVBOR Affiliate. A valid copy of the Real Estate license must be received before the application will be reviewed.

2) YOU MUST  PRINT and READ the NAR Code of Ethics, IVBOR MLS Rules and Regulations and the IVBOR Bylaws.

3) The original Application must be submitted along with a check or money order for the exact amount due. If you wish to pay by credit card please come in to the  Board office. Please contact the Board Office for the prorated dues for the entire year at (775) 831-3777.

4) There is a two week probationary period for perspective Realtors once the application has been received before MLS access is granted. 

5) Each new Realtor member must attend a mandatory orientation. Orientations are held once each quarter depending on class room and teacher availability, as soon as the next orientation is scheduled the new member will receive a letter informing them of the time and location.
